well.... i got a hole in my trans coolant line that runs from the trans to the top drivers side of the radiator. my question is how do i install the new one without bending the crap out of it. i might get one off another x and am curious how without bending it all to hell. got the last one out...

i agree^^^^^ i lifted mine 4 inches and put my 33's on it and its perfect just enought that its not to high, but high enough to easily clear 33's and look good

3.73's and 4.10s have very little actual difference in feeling, so if you have 3.73's you would be fine also.

um well i run 33x10.50 with stock gears and it does just fine. good even offroad.... you prolly would want a 32x11.50 if you still want hight or possibly 31x11.50 tires???

also you got to realize that its not always a long and expensive swap. some people know what they are doing exactely and also have a "hook up" for the axles. sometimes it can be expensive but the vehicle is going to be a one of a kind....

well checked the head unit an that is not the porblem. im thinking it mught be some wiring under the dash because i had to run a hot wire to the battery. so i will slowly but surely look for it. its kinda nice not having the buzzer but it sucks not having the lights when im out at night...

also you cant use blocks to lift the back because explorers have the leaf springs under the axle so by adding blocks you lower an explorer. if you put the leafs over the axle it lifts it 5.5 inches. so if i wereyou i would do the 2 inch torsion twist and warrior shackles. then if you wanted more...

i already checked the wires that i could have bumped. the only ones were for the 4x4, the heater, and the engine warning lights

also the battery ran dead, so if i reset the comp will it possibly work??

oh and it also wont work if i try to do it manually

ok so i just installed a new head unit in my x and after i did that the dome light and buzzer wont work. the buzzer will work when i get ready to start it and thats it and the light wont work at all. whats wrong?? i checked the fuses and they were fine. any help would be appriciated. thanks!!

now can anyone tell my why after installing the head unit my inside lights stopped working and so did my annoying door warning buzzer??? (i dont care about the buzzer just the light).

no it was better with the amp then with out. idk maybe it was made better??? well it sounds way better and pounds pretty hard with my stock amp....

i jsut put in my new alpine head unit and i didnt have to bypass my amp and it works great with out having to bypass my amp... and when i had the bypass on it sounded like crap compared to with it on.

when you here al these "compaints" as you say, you also have to realize that most of them arent horrible and also compare the amount of compaints to the amount of explorers that are all over the world and see how bad it is. you go to any forum and your gonna hear complaints about vehicles and...

its a dolby system. no bass speaker just a amp. stock stereo was all electric with tape player:rolleyes: can i get the harness fron like kragen???
