Get the OEM 92TF-AA they have 4 holes they have red tops. I bought a rebuilt set off ebay. My 91 had the 91TF-AA which has a single center hole. You already have the 92TF on your 94. You wouldn't go to a bigger injector unless you go bigger cam and some porting. The best injector is the OEM one.

You can get the automatic transmission in and out without removing the Y-pipe. Its not easy but not hard You'll need to fanaggle it side to side lower the tail end down and up and it will go over the Y pipe no problem. Two people helps one guiding the front while the other works the floor jack.

No you won't get a check engine light from just a misfire. The engine may seem to run ok at lower speed but misfires at freeway speeds or when you accelerate hard.
