the plan is to use a universal mount since the body lift there is no place to put tow hooks so i want to put several gussets behind the lip to strangthen it up and i want to weld on some D-hooks on the front of the lip.will this work here is how i want to mount it

anyone have problems aligning there fog lights after a body lift . mine seams to now point higher than my headlights. cant figure out how to adjust the fogs i have turned the little dial on the back but the light level never changes is there a trick to adjusting, do they get stuck or something
