hmm....question guys.... i was going to pay 350 for all the parts i need off a 2wd explorer...however i just got quoted 150 for everything i need off of an 88 ranger....are the parts the same? will they work?

ok, so i dont need the coil springs, new shocks, radius arms or calipers? and as previously asked, the steering components (drag link, pitman arm, tie rods) should all work, correct?

i dont ever have a need for 4wd, and my hubs are bad anyway, save some weight, slightly better fuel mileage, and so i can porperly lower it to get rid of some wheel gap

ok, i got all of the suspension parts i need for the front, but i have a question.... my truck has a transfer case of course. i was wondering when i swap out the front drive crap, can i just remove the drive shaft to the front from the transfer case and call it good? if not can i remove...

im going to dolly an 89 toyota 200 miles....the exploder is in ok mechenical shape....do you guys think it will make the haul? bone stock 4.0

ok, now im nnot expecting these old trucks to get awesome mileage by any means.....however i am only seeing 14mpg....i have changed my airfilter, sparkplugs, oil, diff oil......and only gained .5 mph average...... any tips?

do you have factory amplifiers? if so do you have aftermarket speakers? alot of time car with factory amps have weird ass ohm ratings, bose is usally 8 ohm stable, monsoon is usually 6-8 ohm stable, and most aftermarket coax speakers are 4 ohms, thus putting extra strain on the amps, and...

Built a new enclosure for my explorer today, got tired of looking at the old one. i will include build pics as soon as i can find my other sd card, it seems to have gone awol. heres the almost finished product (layed a couple more coats of paint down in the port after the pics were taken)...

my father has a smart and wanted a little extra help in the low end. i had some scraps laying around and built him a 100% imporvised enclosure (no specs on the "subs") for 2 6.5 woofers i had. i didnt think to take any build pics, but heres the finished product, the vinyl isnt perfect...

built this enclosure for a customer, he wanted it 100% bare, no carpet, no terminals of any kind, so thats what he recieved enclosure is 4.3ft^3 tuned to 35hz with 56 inches of port area. my router took a crap on me, so i had to cut the holes with a jigsaw, Mcgyver'ed up a circle...

i already accounted for that, i have a bunch of washers that are the same size as the stud, and 4 stacked together are as thick as the hub

yea, nixa is a **** town full of pompus ass upper class people, and short police with bad attitudes (little man complex).....i hate this place, i will be moving back to springfield soon hopefully

yea, i have the auto hubs, the spring and shock look alright. i know that the auto hubs get jacked up and make a thud of some sort, but could they make the front end jump like it did? also one i heard a kinda like "whiiirrrr" noise, sounded kinda like metal on metal grinding
