ok, does anyone happen to know the dimensions of the TTB brackets on Explorers or Rangers? I'm trying to see what kind of difference there is on the STX Ranger over standard 4x4's, I know my truck s a little taller than most, just tryting to see if the brackets are different:D

Well, I done gone f-ed up my truck. Went wheeling at PAP yesterday, and got hung up (goooood) on a stump. ended up bending the cross member that supports a section of the driveshaft, and the universal was grinding into the bottom of the cab. I need a new piece, I don't think it can be...

I found a 98 Ranger, standard cab, shortbed, 4x4, 5spd, 3.0L. 40k for 8000. I was wondering if this is a good deal, I think it is, and how well could I wheel with this truck? Any information or suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Shaun
