    P1714 and P1715

My Explorer is (apparently) an early 98 with the V6 SOHC engine and the OSS in the TC, which was broken and disconnected (I used to get a P0720 DTC). I bought a replaced the broken OSS and connected it. The result is the P0720 is now gone, but it now shifts really late (around 5000-6000rpm)...

    Missing some ooomphhhh!

I've owned a 92 Ex with the V6 OHV, which with its 160 bhp was a mean beast. It would climb up slopes in 4x4 High no sweat. I now own a 98 Ex with the SOHC V6. Even though it is spec'ed with 210 bhp, it is unable to climb up the same slopes as the 92 Ex, unless I put it in 4x4 Low. Is this...

Hi, I'm having trouble getting spare parts to Spain for a 92 XLT. They are hard to come by around here and expensive. Most online shops do not quote international shipping (US only). Does anybody know of a shop that will ship international? I'm getting quite stuck here. Need new brake rotors for...

    Hello.. Wiring diagrams needed

Hi, my name is Chris and I just bought a 93 XLT from a guy whose mechanic disconnected practically all wires under the dashboard in order to disconnect the alarm (instead of disconnecting the battery). OD won't kick in, fuel gauge always zero, and rpm counter goes to 3000 as soon as you turn the...
