No report=You will probably get screwed.. If there's no report it comes down to your word against hers..and that's never good.. Why wouldn't you make sure a report is filled out with 3k worth of damages...seems like you weren't thinking..

Would it be practical to swap a Turbocharger for a Supercharger? What would need to be replaced? Would the same intercooler still work?

Check your insurance policy and see if it covers offroading accidents, that might help convince her Sorry if someone already said this, I didn't read all the posts..heh

How long, do you think, an Explorer will last(miles) doing regular road things(shopping..soccer mom stuff--since they seem to be the only ones that buy SUVs anymore) I'm looking around and I see a lot of Explorers in my price range with 125000+ miles, worth it?
