Havn't done a whole lot on the Ex recently. Did get rid of the front valence panel and the roof rack crossbars. Looks a lot better now.

Installed a set of KC 26 series driving lights behind my grille. Pretty happy with how it turned out!

Went to U Pull and Pay and got a stock switch and put it in the stock location.

Might be my favorite part of the whole install!

Last winter I got stuck in the snow pretty bad and realized that there really aren't any good tow points on the Explorers. So I decided I should put tow hooks on my Ex before winter set in this year.

I used tow hooks from a 97-02 Expedition and grade 8 nuts and bolts.

Turned out pretty sweet if you ask me!

They also look massive when they fall out of the clamps being used and hit you in the face
I hadn't realized how massive they were until I put them on!

Good to see another Cayman Green 1st gen Sport. Even your interior is the same color as my truck. It's also interesting that I also install a fog light switch in the same place you did.

Do you have an auto trans, 3.27 (open) gears, and the tow package? If you do...our trucks started out identical.

That's a nice looking first gen. What model and year did you remove the light switch from?

Our trucks are almost identical. The only difference is I have a 3.73 LS.
I like seeing other first gens very similar to mine!

Very nice!
Looks sweet

Thanks Guys!

The switch was from a 93 or 94 Ranger Splash.

Very nice looking 93 green Sport. Seeing your Sport brought back memories of my wife's 1st Sport which was a 94 in the same color green.

Thanks man! My Sport has been in the family since brand new. I've grown up taking care of it and working on it.

Got any pics if the fog light install?

I'm really bad about taking pics during install... I should really start taking pics when I'm doing work to not only help me document work but to also share with you guys here.

The best pics I have during install are these two. They kinda show the brackets I made up and how I bolted them up. If I have time this week I'll pull the grille and grab some better pics.

My Ex is now A/C free! It didn't work so I figured I would get rid of it. Way more space under the hood now. I'll get some pics of under the hood tomorrow.

And don't worry I haven't forgotten about install pics of the lights, just been real busy. I'll try to get those tomorrow as well.
