A-pillar grab handles?

I've noticed that in the 2003 Sports and Sport Tracs, there are extra handles on the A-pillars like in the F-150s. Is there a semi-easy way to install these? If so, where could I get them besides from ford. I'm sure there aren't too many wrecked 2003's yet...

Maybe go to a wrecker and look around...I would like to see it when it's done

I noticed those and thought the same thing. Especially with a lifted truck a grab handle is an excellent addition
