    stuttering when gased

    i own a 98 explorer xlt v6 4.0l 182k miles. The problem started with a misfire here and there and loss of power but it still got up and went and check engine light went on. one morning i tried to start it and had to crank it 4 maybe 5 times and its been like this every time i try to start it...
