01 explorer sport aftermarket raido harness adapter

Hey guys

I just picked up a 01 explorer sport with amfm cd player and i wanted to throw in my Jensen UV8 flipout. i know i need a adapter/tray for it to fit but i was wondering if there was a kit to go from stock ford audio harness to a jensen 16pin. ive heard there is a company called metra that carrys the adapter, they any good?
