'01 XLT Rear Wiper Fluid Hose Barb Broken, Looking for Part ID and Guidance

The 'washer fluid transport elbow' that penetrates the outside hatch on my 01 seems to have finally snapped after 19 years. I cant seem to find any reference to what this part is in service manuals, part numbers, etc. Anyone seen this before/know how to repair it? Id tried patching with JB weld, and that snapped too...

I get mine at salvage yards they usually just give them to me there's tons of ex's in salvage yards to choose from or you can bypass it remove the broken connector feed some washer hose thru connecting the exsisting washer hose together
