Just picked up an 02 Exp at auction.Brake lights are not working so I went to check the Brake light switch and for the life of me can't find it.I know it's SUPPOSED to be on the brake arm where the master cylinder arm attaches to it but, there's nothing there! Could it be in another place?I just don't get it!TYIA.

Yes.That is where it's supposed to be but,as I said ,it is not. Any other spots it could be?

I think this may be why the brake lights don't come on? I'd look for empty plugs or cut wires.

^ Agree. Sure you would have mentioned if it starts but doesn't shift out of park.
Seller may have bypassed and spliced the BPP switch to turn off the brake lights.
