02 explorer heat problem

When i select the blend knob to floor the heat comes out defrost and a little in the floor but all the rest of the selections work like they should. don't knpow if it is a vacume problem or a blend door. any ideas?

I have pretty much the same problem with my 05. Although I can't get any air to come out of the dash vents, I get most of the heat coming out of the defrost and some on the floor. Just started looking into this issue as I replaced the actuator last week and didnt realize I needed to fix the blend door too.

Can't find too much about it so any help would be appreciated this way too!
