02 ford explorer V6 4.0L SOHC

Anyone, I need to recharge the ac on my truck. a friend suggested that i check the high and low pressure to make sure thay are correct. Any idea what the pressures should read? my owners manual was stolen from the glovebox so i am without any references. Thanx.. i am new to the site.

From what I've learned, the best thing to do would be to flush, vacuum, and refill. That aside, if I'm just topping something off I follow the "R134a Ambient Pressure Temperature Chart" you can easily find it on Google or any other search engine. Take the ambient temperature and find the low pressure reading (if you only have the low pressure gauge).

Good luck, and make 100% sure never to overfill.
