02 Mountaineer AWD V6 abs light under full throttle

I have a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer AWD V6 with 120,000 miles on it. As mentioned in the title, the abs light comes on whenever I push the gas pedal to the floor (twice in the past month). When this happens, I stop, turn the car off and back on again, and the light is no longer on. What could be causing this? Thanks for any advice or help.

Have you checked the vacuum line to the brake booster and does the light flash a code to determine the exact cause?

I have checked the vacuum line to the brake booster. I'll recheck it tomorrow to be 100% sure. Sorry for my ignorance, but I was not aware that I could retrieve codes from the abs system. The light does not flash, it just stays on.
