02 Sport Trac motor swap; no start without jumping solenoid and no run without feeding gas

We swapped engines in my 02 Sport Trac., now it wont start unless i jump the solenoid (starter is new) and wont stay running unless we feed it gas. It has a Viper security system on it. Do I have to reset something or have it relearn something or ???? what am i missing

Can you simply disable your alarm system and see if that is the issue before chasing other items? Maybe find the power to the alarm and disconnect it?
