03 explorer 4.0 engine rattle after repair

185k replaced main tensioner and giude , hitting the gas from idle i hear a quick ( short ) rattle on front of motor bottom ,i didnt check the balancing shaft chain it looked tight when i had it open .. any thoughts thx

I have a light rattle from about 3000 to 4500 rpm, and I don't know what it is from as well...
