Bought truck not running with timing chain issues. Fixed and running fine, but have no heat when turning temp knob to hot. Swung down glove box and found actuator broken off arm on top door. Fixed with drill and machine screw. Now I have good flow through all vents, but no hot air when I move temp control to hot. I turn to max a/c and pulled vacuum line off heater control valve and have no vacuum and don't see valve moving. I also don't have the clicking noise when I move the temp control. I can move the HCV by hand. I have no leaks, new thermostat and new radiator. Temp is normal. Any suggestions?
