03 ford explorer sport trac radiator drain plug

i hAVE A 2003 ford explorer sport trac and am looking to do a radiator flush due to overheating issues. i have watched a few youtube videos and the process seems fairly simple. i am having difficulty finding the radiator drain plug (pet ****). Do i need to remove anything that is obstructing the drain plug? any info or info on where to go to find this would be great.

If you take off the plastic skid plate under the radiator I can't remember if its on the left or right side but it is a plastic screw with a Phillips head just a simple screw driver will do
