03 Limited Explorer 4.6 Tranny

since my truck is going in for a noisey TQ ( rattleing all gears not in OD tho ), today i was at a light while i was holding the brake , the tranny kept engaging and disengaging like a bump , like my truck was being humped while i was stopped with engine running in drive. i put it in neutral hit gas and put it back in drive it didnt do it again , is this related to the Torque Converter ? or Soleniod Pack ? low tranny fluid ? theres no leaks Also under hard acceleration in 4th going into OD , it feels like i get a burst of speed in OD , a little slippage in 4th ? theres a 100k on truck

Update : shop told me the TQ is bad they want to replace the Converter and the pump.

brought my ex to another shop ( transmission ) was told by dealer , they say it may be either computer related or the TQ i thought the solenoid pack ? may case TQ rattle ? well there still investigating it , from everyones else experience for this same problem what was your experience for the problem at hand . i dont wanna be jerked around ..
