03 sohc 4.0 Ford Ranger how to put my cams back in time

03 Ford Ranger 4.0 sohc xlt. Please give me some help putting my cams back in time since I removed the jackshaft sprocket and left front timing chain when the engine was not at tdc!!!

drop 300 dollars on the OTC timing kit, or less if you can find a used one. You could jerryrig a setup like streetrod did, but you will have to sacrifice a tensioner to hold the chains while you tighten them.

Pull the cam on that drivers side cam all the way out then turn the motor to tdc and reinstall. You'll need the otc kit to time it correctly, there is no easy way about it.
