so basically your saying that when you changed you pinion angle you had to turn the inner Cs so the knuckles are flat...right

Why do you want to rotate the axles "C"s? Are you switching form a single cardan to a double cardan or something?

Of course rotating the pinion angle causes the caster to change but its not necessary to turn the axle's "C"s when you change the pinion angle.

If you turn the pinion too far up, it points the knuckles down, I had about negative 1-2 degrees of caster. I had to cut and turn the knuckles so my highsteer clears my leafs (which point up, torwards the front part of the frame) so now I have about 11-12* of caster, and it's destroying my tires. One of the reasons I'm linking the front so I can correct the caster with no leaf/steering issues.

yeah links

ohhhhhh...ok

Ahahaha, the stock rear shafts are bigger than 14 bolt shafts.

It's not a 70. That probably makes it non Dana unless you got something that I don't know about.

A notched pin, for my 8.8?

could be.. I've never seen the guts of a 10.25. I didn't think a 10.25 was that big though.
