04 Ranger Engine Swap

Will an 04 Ranger 4.0L SOHC swap into a 2000 Explorer 4.0 SOHC? From what I understand its pretty much the same engine, but will it bolt up to the 5R55E? I'm not sure what tranny the ranger runs.
I just found this engine with 50k on it for cheap, so if anyone could let me know fairly quick b4 someone snatches it up?

well according to wikipedia, all 1997 and newer rangers use the 5R55E, so that should be a direct fit.... does anyone know about engine mounts, accessories, and any other things that might be different?

Everything should bolt up no problem.
