05 explorer won't move when first started

I have a 2005 explorer 4.6L awd. I just fixed an issue with this truck. My catalys converters were clogged. I replaced the whole set up and also put in new motocraft inginition coils as well. Now when I first start up my truck it takes a minute to want to move. It has a rebuilt tranny init. So I don't think that's the issue. I've heard it might be my egr (maybe) valve. Does that sound like it could be a possible issue? Help/advice is greatly appreciated.

I would have another shop look at the tranny. Especially if the one that did it says it's fine. The EGR would keep the vehicle from running, not moving.

Flow control valve in the trans fluid pump is sticking if it is only in the am, otherwise it is the solenoid pack-
