05 sport trac suspension lowering kit

Hi, which loweing kit would you recommend to lower my 05 sport trac? don't want to slam it just bring down a couple inches, can't seem to find a kit.

Welcome ! I moved your post over to the Sport Trac forums.

No kit, just a set of 2" or even 3" lowering blocks and turn down the front torsion bars. Then get an alignment.

You didn't mention if yours was a 4x2 or a 4x4 but the technique is the same. Don't go more than 2" on the front if yours is a 4x4.

Thanks for the info. Yes it is a 2wd drive, also thinking of purchasing some shocks and swaybar kit any recommendations.
 






My personal preference for shocks is Monroe but you'll get other brand opinions too. I haven't upgraded the sway bars so I'll leave it to someone who has to offer up that info.

Shocks are definitely a personal preference.
Most ST owners use Monroe or the similar Rancho's.
An option to the EE "X Spec" is the Addco 633.
Highly recommended for $178 shipped from Zabteck.
The best upgrades followed by front end links and bushings.
