I have a 05 XLT that came with P235/70R16 size tires on it and it has come time to buy new tires. I am wondering what size i can go up to with out breaking something or rubbing. The size i am thinking about is a 245/75R16. Will this pose problems with steering/suspension components? And yes, I know Ford says you cant go bigger, but Im wondering if it can be done, contrary to ford's whining about tire size.
Also, Im wondering if there is a suspension lift available for 05 ex's. I have been searching for quite a while, and cant seem to find much.
