Recently I swapped out my alternator on my 06' EB. Afterwards I noticed I no longer had the SR button on my radio, that works with my isimple isfd571, for iPod controls. If I hit the DVD button, I get the error "connect error - contact dealer". Also, my Nav errors out, and doesn't give directions any longer.
I pulled the battery terminals, to see if that would fix anything, and the problem remains. I pulled the iSimple box out, to see if that helps, and it didn't. i do still have the harness for it plugged into the back of the radio. I may try pulling the harness out too.
Has anyone experienced this?
