06 Explorer V8 - Loud ticking noise at cold start up

I have a 2006 Explorer Eddie Bauer 4x4 with the V8 and I'm experiencing a loud ticking noise at cold start up, which sounds like it's coming from my valves.

I've been getting oil changes with synthetic blend every 5K and check the level frequently.

I know there's a TSB (06-9-11 5/15/06 "Loud Valve Train Ticking Noise")

Has anyone experienced this problem? And does anyone have further details on the TSB.

They're pretty common with the 4.6 and 5.4l engines. Using a oil filter with a bypass valve helps alot.

You wouldn't happen to have a picture or part number for the filter with bypass valve?

Motorcraft filter should have one.... fram ones usually don't.
