Just had the radiator replaced on my 07 V8 (67K) due to it leaking. Now the fan clutch stays on, even at cold start-ups. How could this be a coincidence? Now the shop wants $500 to replace the fan clutch, or $130 to replace the fan clutch temp sensor. They say there is no way that replacing the radiator has anthing to do w/the fan clutch but it's very weird that this problem started as soon as I drove away from the shop after the rad was replaced. Temp gauge shows normal temps. When truck is off, the fan turns easy by hand. Is there anything the shop could have done that caused this problem?
