08 4.0L explorer slipping from 2-3 w/ wrench light.

Why is my truck doing this? Low fluid? It just started happening and isnt off and on.... its a constant occurance.

Slip on the 2-3 shift is usually due to worn servos and worn servo bores.

What kind of a job is this? We have a warranty but if its a 2 hour job we arent taking it to a shop.

Fixing the servo bores requires dismantling the transmission and machining then sleeving the case.

I would take it back to the shop.

Lol...,we have a warranty amd its 90p moles from expiration. Its def going to a shop. Thanks!
