08 Explorer A/C Stopped Working

Hi there I took my explorer out of storage yesterday after 2 months and now my A/C isn't working. The button lights up but I don't hear the compressor kick in. My explorer only has 68,000 KM on it so I don't know why I'm having any problems. I need it more than ever right now as its hitting 25+ Celsius. I just thought I would ask here before I take it to Ford. Thanks for any help.

Maybe it needs a recharge? Not sure. Wouldn't hurt to check. Would cost you a lot less than bringing it to a dealer.

Check all the fuses and check for two powers and two grounds at the a/c relay. Also check for power and ground at the compressor. The only real way to check to see if it low on a charge is to hook it up to a a/c machine and check pressures but first you need to get the compressor to come on.
