09 explorer dome interior lights question

I am trying to change out my interior dome /reading lights. I can get the front one open and I was able to pull one of the bulbs out but there seems to be no way to put the bulb back in, its blocked off you cant get up in there. I also cant figure out how to open the backseat cover and the cargo area cover.

The manual just says to take it to the dealer. I am shocked I cant change my dome lights myself.........

Anyone got any idea how to do this or do I just have to take it to ford?

I ended up taking mine in. You can take down the center roof counsel by removing one screw but still couldnt figure out how to get them out.

They charged 30 to replace the lights with ones i had. was upset with price but dealt with it.
