I've done thorough research on this issue and I can't seem to get a common consensus. I have an '09 with dual AC and no rear controls, and sometimes the passenger side and rear air will stop being cold at random times. The drivers side works as expected 100% of the time, but the passenger side and rear are hit or miss. There's a creaking noise that comes from the dash, sounding like an old squeaky door closing. I don't believe it is the blend door actuator because I don't hear the clicking that seems to be commonly attributed to it and due to the fact that sometimes it functions normally. Switching on and off dual mode or recirc doesn't change anything. Not sure what to do, any help?
