Classic, I remember those! Looks to be in very good shape.

Well it looks remarkably good for the age, especially the interior. I'm sure it will have its share of 'issues', though. Like getting parts, that won't be as easy as F250 parts!

Engine and brake parts are no problem, thanx to jeep.. and i find some stuff on ebay. Lets hope i don't need a new grille or fender :D

One of my friends in High School had a Matador sedan...

PM me if you need me to look in the junkyard for parts... slim chance of finding something, but maybe...

Thanx
I pick up the wagon on saterday.. don't konow if somthings broke or not yet..
Know i need a intake from a 4.0l jeep, but that i can find here in Norway

Ok.. not the plan, but this is how it goes...

Found a amc 360 for sale on cragslist... orderd it and got it shipped to Norway

So i will be building my first ever engine this winter:bounce::thumbsup:

I really want to see those wheels on it, but I am guessing that will happen next spring...

How wide are those rims!? Maybe it's just the pic, but they look wiiide.
Will the 360 bolt up to the current transmission?

A 360 will look very nice in that engine bay. I'd love to get my hands on that 12 counterweight crank that is in the 258.

10x15 and 7x15 are the wheels.

Those rears wheels are pry at least twice as wide as the tires that my buddy had on his Matador. His were skinny. I have no idea on how he even drove in winter conditions.
