I have an issue when the weather is hot and running AC in stop and go city trafffic, the engine will begin to sputter like it's running out of gas. Let the truck & weather cool a bit and it'll run for days w/o issue. I've replaced the fuel pump twice, 8 & 2 months ago, have replaced mass air flow sensor, plugs wires, plugs, the control module passed 10 tests in a row (trying to get it hot). Freind of the wife is ASE mechanic and trying to tell me it's the fuel pump again, yet I'm still driving it 3 weeks later. Any ideas? Wife is trying to talk me into getting rid of an otherwise great vehicle. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 91-94 section. Check the fuel pressure. Was the fuel filter ever replaced? Check the vacuum line going to the fuel pressure regulator for leaking fuel.
