1991 Aerostar with no heat.

I recently removed the blower motor to check for blockage in the heater box as i noticed the volume of air going through the vents was low even with the a/c turned on. I cleaned out a lot of leaf debris. the heater moves a lot more air now and there is more heat. Still not a 100%, but getting better.

I found that my thermostat was not seated right. I cut the hoses to and from the front heater core and ran water from a hose to clean it out and attached with a splicer and two clamps. I cut the hose to and from the heater core in the back and clean it out also and attached it back with a splicer and two clamps. Now that the cores are clean and the thermostat is seated right, I have great heat. especially when i give it the throttle.
