1991 xlt rear leaf springs

I have saggy rear leaf springs and my code is W but dont know what the difference is between the codes; W, V, U? can anyone help please i have swapped out the rear shackles to aftermarket but still wanna put new leaf springs in before i start doing my full lift

It really doesn't seem to matter. I have gotten two sets of leafs off junkers without looking at the codes and I could not tell any difference. One from a 98 and the last set from a 97. I understand the second gen springs move the rear axle back slightly which was a plus because my 35's don't rub anymore.
