1993 4.0 Freeze Plug Help

Alrighty, the passanger side rear freeze plug on my 93 explorer has a hole. Any tips on how to fix this thing without pulling the motor?

Drop the tranny to get behind the motor. Its those little things that don't cost much but require a lot of work to get to it. I just recently dropped my tranny to change the 4 dollar front pump seal. What a pain but had to be done..

You might be able to just remove the head that the plug is in.
