we are having trouble with a 1993 Explorer with a 4.0 It will start and run fine when cold, but if you get it up to running temp then shut it off. It will not start and has to cool down completly before it will start again. any ideas?

I would start with the fuel pump relay in the power distribution box uner the hood on the passenger side.
Replace with a genuine Ford part, even though they are 2x the cost.
Having your fuel pump stop running on the freeway is a scary situation!

I had a similar problem with my 90 ranger a couple years back. It turned out to be the starter, so maybe look into that as well.
