1993 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0 swap to 5.0

I need some help with an engine swap I'm wanting to do. I was wondering if I can take the stock 1993 Ford Explorer 4.0 engine and swap it out for a 1994 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 and what all do I need to do if it is possible. Plus I was wondering if I can keep the stock automatic transmission with the 4X4 and all.
