1994 Aerostar. Radio swap help is needed.

i am replacing my radio and upgrading the system i put the new deck in and i have a whisper of sound coming from speakers with the volume at max i am at a complete loss at what to do. It dose have the radio in the backseat for head phones so it is the premium sound system i need advice assistance or something please help

ford used a common grounding on their speaker wiring.i had to run new speaker wires.
