1994 EB 4wd Horn Location

I just joined the forum and already love it. This is probably a silly question but my cruise and horn don't work. I have taken off the steering wheel and cleaned all the gunk out of the clock wheel. I have power to the center pin. When I replace the steering wheel I have power to 1 post at the connector. I am thinking maybe I have a horn problem that is not related to the cruise problem. I need to find the horn first. Can anyone help

In my 93 its located in front of the coolant/ windshield squirter resevoirs.
