1994 Engine power loss then surge???

So I "Seafoamed" through my intake vacuum tree. Ran fine for 4-5 miles then it lost power from dropping a few cylinders. Then all of the sudden a power surge, all cylinders firing in tune. Let out of the throttle and back to running on 4 cylinders maybe. Engine load, rpm, vehicle speed, gear selection, and thottle position makes no difference.
Its like the engine is loading up kinda. Any ideas? Couldn't see much in the dark tonight. Gonna look it over good tomorrow.

Did you change your plugs after??

After Seafoaming, I like to change the oil, too. I'd check plugs and wires. I tend to use the brake booster hose.
