1994 explorer sport jerks under acceleration

Hello, I have a 1994 explorer sport all stock, recently I took it on a trip and on way back it started jerking under acceleration. When at idle its fine and on take off nothing happens but in 2-4th until you hit 2200 rpms it jerks, I've changed fuel filter ran seafoam through it, changed plugs, wires, coil and air cleaner and made no difference. I've also sprayed out intake with cleaner and tried unplugging mass air flow sensor and nothing changes, any ideas or insight would be helpful. Thanks for reading.

Could it be your transmission? Fluid change and filter might be worthwhile, perhaps you have some gunk in the valve body?
