1994 Mazda Navajo lost power

Hey guys I'm new here but a long time Navajo owner which as yall know is the same as a ford explorer sport with the 4.0l ohv I replaced the engine in it with one from a 94 explorer automatic and the power is a whole lot less than my Navajo 4x4 5spd had idk why. the cel is on I haven't checked it yet which would probably be a great start but I was curious if something stands out to yall lemme know I appreciate any help given I'll check the cel tomorrow and update accordingly thanks in advance

FIXED truck was in limp mode due to DPFE so I replaced with one from a 2002 X and it drives great now other than a vacuum leak

That's a trip that the dpfe from a 02 fits and works!

Yea I had to hard wire the harness but it look almost identical to the plastic updated dpfe the wire colors were all the same aswell and thanks yall have helped me tremendously I figured it was about time that I contributed to the forums knowledge base too
