1995 OBD1 Question

I have a 1995 Ford Explorer, 6cyl, 2wd, AT with the OBDII plug but from what I know, it is in that 1994-1995 hybrid code zone. My scan tool is only 1996 or newer and I am having trouble locating my Haynes manual. Any good links or instructions on how to jump the pins and a list of codes? I have a rough idle with the check engine light popping on within two minutes of starting it. It seems like a possible EGR problem due to rough idle, but could be a number of things.

I will say these trucks just keep on moving and this has been an indestructable hauler and work vehicle. Hopefully the Ford Explorer forum is as good or better than the covette forum. ALways a place to go to get answers!
