1996 Explorer Fuel filter is located where?

This may be a totally stupid question, but I cannot seem to locate the fuel filter on my '96 Explorer EB, can anyone give me a tip on this? My truck has 60K on it and I think it needs to be replaced. Also, I am having a minor electrical problem with the right turn signal. Every so often when I put it on, it won't work and makes a funny buzzing noise. Any other suggestions as to routine maintenance that I should take care of or problem areas I should be aware of(other than the tires)? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

On My 97 Sport it is located under the truck about mid way between the tires on the drivers side frame rail. You will need a special tool to get it off, most auto part stores should have the tool. Besure to relieve the pressure in the lines or you will be taking a Gas Shower!
