1996 ford explorer limited / blower motor not working

hello, last night i was driving with a/c on and i noticed i was getting a weak flow of air from my vents , now today i have no blower functions a/c heat , defrosters etc. did my blower motor die? and if so, is it a hard job to change it out? i would appreciate any help... thanks tony c.

Check and make sure there is power getting to the motor. Then ground the negative side out. If it doesn't work then its bad.

Its pretty easy to change.
