I just wanted to put this information out there, I had a hard time tracking it down myself. I could not find a definitive answer anywhere on what bushings or even what size I needed for my leaf springs, so I finally pulled everything apart and measured it with calipers and found a suspension specialist in Michigan to order the bushings from.
I replaced the flattened out leaf springs on my explorer with a set that I ordered from CARiD: ARB® - 1.5" OME™ Rear Lifted Leaf Spring Item # mpn893768407
It was shipped without bushings, so I ordered these from Michigan Truck Spring: Rubber Leaf Spring Bushing SKU RB-237 (for the front) and Rubber Leaf Spring Bushing SKU RB-140 (for the rear).
I just used a large bench vise to press the bushings in and swapped out the springs. It was a relatively simple process and added a nice lift to the rear end and improved the ride tremendously.
Hope this helps someone down the road,
